I am writing my response to the IL AG to nationwidecash.com's answer to my complaint. I was able to settle with the bungholes at NWC for the plain principal, but I know other IL residents on this forum have been taken advantage of by nationwidecash (licensed in Delaware).
I am seeking to IL to bar NWC from lending to IL residents until they comply with IL law (which they never will). Please, please, please file complaints with the IL Attorney General. If you PM me, I can give you the name of the IL AG rep in charge of my complaint and a complaint number to reference. I want this company blocked from preying on IL residents. I wish I could shut them down forever everywhere, but this is a battle I know we can win if we try.
Shazzers, please do whatever you can to help. I don't mean to repost, but I need others to come forward and help. This bottom-feeder is banned by the AGs of numerous states, let's add one more! I'm more than willing to assist others in different states to ban this evil company!

I received a response from the IL Div of Financial Regulation Consumer Credit Section.
The letter states that Nationwidecash.com is not licensed to operate in IL and they're "investigating further."
Again, I urge all IL residents who are getting screwed by Nationwidecash.com to file complaints with the IL AG and the IDFR. If they get enough complaints, maybe the State will step in and force nationwide trash to stop and issue refunds to IL consumers that deserve it!
