I assume that letter you sent included a statment revoking any wage assignment agreement you may or may not have signed with them? If not, you need to send that ASAP.
And give a copy of that to your payroll department. You have the right to revoke a voluntary wage assignment at any time - hence the operative term voluntary. To garnish your wages without your consent, they have to have gone to court and won a judgment against you.

I sent Great Sky the Letter through e-mail but i did not have the address. But I have it now do I send it to Great Sky Cash and these people. In the letter I stated about revoking a voluntary wage assignment. Also I am in the state of Georgia where payday loans are not legal and also the payday loan company is not legal. I look this company Alliance Funding LLC and the bbb rates them as a D, has had several complaints and I cant find out if they are legal or is it someone from Great Sky Cash acting as a Alliance. I will send the letter to Great SKY cash today. dO i NEED to send the same letter via mail and e-mail to this Alliance people

I answered your PM, just send Alliance a wage assignment revocation too, they are yanking your chain with all their mumbo jumbo legal jargon. Make complaints against Alliance too.

I just received another letter from Alliance Funding, LLC (Which I want to tell you was not on a real letter head you can till it was made from a computer) It is and I quote" We are in receipt of your response regarding your past due account. As clearly indicated in its website disclaimers and the loan documents executed by you.Great Sky Cash LLC is a wholly Native American owned limited liability company. The website clearly identifies its location within the exterior boundaries of the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, a sovereign Native American Nation. As such Great Sky Cash LLC conducts its business under FEDERAL LAW and the LAWA of the CHEYENNE RIVER SIOUX TRIBE. It is exempt from state regulation due to its Native American status. Pursuant to Federal Law Great Sky Cash, LLC is a completely lawful enterprise in any area. You agreed to be bound solely by the laws of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and the jurisdiction of its Courts, to the exclusion of all others. In addition, you agreed to comply with all terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement upon execution. In your letter your indicated that you are willing to pay the principal balance of 300. We are more than willing to work with you, and will accept repayment of the principal only, providing that you call our office to make final arrangements within the nest 7 days. Please call our customer service number at 1-800-772-2730 to discuss this matter. Sincerely Ronnie Hughes Account Manager
As you requested, we will not call you and only communicate via the US Postal Service or email.
In the letter which I tweet that I got on this site cease and desist, revoking ach, do not contact reference, etc I said that I was willing to pay the principal if I had a correct address. They never sent me one however on the letter they sent which said I had 7 days to reply was dated on the 20th of this month but the post mark date on the envelope says the 22nd and it was stamped in FT Lauderdale Fl. I do not have 300 dollars to send them at one time due to the funeral arrangements that made me seek help in the first place. I can only pay $50 a month broken down into 25 per pay period. Now they said my balance is 450.00 and still growing. What do I need to do now? And are they telling me I agreed to be bound solely by the laws of the Tribe because I gave up my rights as a US citizen or something? Please help me with the next step today Please. The address on the letter is 5777 West Sunrise Blvd Plantation, FL 33313 (It is made by a rubber stamp with no company name on it).

so what do I do now? I really don't want to talk to these people over the phone or do I. I want to make arrangement as stated above but how to I do this?
I would not speak to them on the phone. Do everything via email
I would not speak to them on the phone. Do everything via email or postal mail. You want proof of everything. If you do owe them the $300 in principal then reply what your payment arrangments are and that you will only mail money orders via the US mail.
I just got a similar email from Alliance
This is the email that I just got from Alliance
YOUR ACCOUNT IS BEING SENT FOR GARNISHMENT TOMORROW.
CALL BY 9 PM EST TODAY TO SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 50%
We have contacted you twice to offer you a 50% settlement of the full balance you owe, but we have not heard back from you.
Unfortunately we have no other option but to assign your account for wage garnishment of the full balance. Once the assignment occurs tomorrow, we cannot work with you any longer on arrangements as we will no longer own the account. The company that we assign the account to will not negotiate a settlement with you and you will owe them the full balance. Remember that per your loan agreement, you pre-authorized wage garnishment from any employer that employs you.
The Good news is that you still have until 9 PM EST today to accept this offer. Don't let it slip away! Any calls after this time will void this offer. For your convenience, we accept Credit/Debit cards and Western Union.
Stop your wage garnishment by calling us at 1-800-772-2730, or E-mail collections@alliancefundingllc.com to take advantage of this offer.

then you need to get the wage assignment revocation letter to your employer asap.this is not a garnishment, but an assignment.those are voluntary, and can be revoked at anytime.give that to your employer right away, and worry no more about that.btw both place are complete pieces of sh*t that once you give that letter to your employer will have nothing else at all.i know it sounds like empty threats, but places have attempted wage assignments.to actually garnish they would need a court order.fat chance of that with any of these places.just give the letter to your employer and you are clear.

I have already provided my employer with a revokation of voluntary assignment. Should I worry about them actually going and getting a judgment after the assignment gets rejected or will they finally give up? (I am in AZ by the way)
No worries, they may TRY to impose a 'wage assignment' but it will be denied, as far as a garnishment, well, that can't happen without a court order.

i doubt an illegal bottomfeeding collector for an illegal bottomfeeding pdl will serve you for an actual court date.which is how they would have to get a legal granishment.again doubt that will happen.

Great Sky Cash is the biggest rip-off ever. I borrowed 400 dollars and the interest on that is 120 bucks every two weeks. Is this legal? This is interest only and nothing gets paid down. The total amount due after paying four time--480 dollars is 520. I just want to warn people against dealing with these people. I have borrowed and been charged from most honest payday loan companies 45 dollars for a whole month. This is insane. God knows what would happen and how much they would charge me if I didn't pay up. In the beginning the agreement was that they would take it all out and the beginning of the month-and they didn't they just took the interest and now I am drained for money.
Great sky debits
Great sky cash has somehow found my new bank account and has charged me 150 for a collection fee and 90 for the original loan amount. How can I stop these debits and fight these charges?

Did you sign up for another PDL? If so, they most likely sold the information, or are owned by the same company. That could play into it, but if you never gave them that account info, never consented to have them draft that account, then they are guilty of theft. Contact your bank ASAP to report it, then contact your states AG, the FTC, and local authorities to press criminal charges (won't do much good...but hey it's something).
