I am in a bad situation and need some advice on what I can and should do. I live in Tennessee. I have 13 PDLs. I know this is a horrible amount of payday loans to have but I have gotten in too deep and need a way out. Just the interest on these PDLs is taking my whole check every week. I have paid several PDLs off but then I end up getting new ones because I need money for bills. That is why so many of them appear to be recent. I paid the previous loan off and then got a new one after the 3 day waiting period. I have an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy and I talked to my lawyer's office today but she said since the Payday loans were accrued after the bankruptcy was filed they can not be added. So, I am asking what are my other options? All of my payday loans are internet lenders. I have paid the interest on all of them up to this date. None of them are in default or anything like that.

They include:
2/18/10 Payday One (husband)- owe 796.25, borrowed 650, paid 393.79
4/1/10 Payday Max (husband)- owe 401.74, borrowed 300, paid 0
2/23/10 First Bank of Delaware (husband)- owe 527.57, borrowed 600, paid 296.25
1/28/10 Huskhawk (husband)- owe 375, borrowed 300, paid 375

3/30/10 Payday One- owe 303.13, borrowed 250, paid 53.13
4/9/10 DJR- owe 520, borrowed 400, paid 0
4/13/10 Fox Enterprises- owe 390, borrowed 300, paid 0
3/23/10 Extra Funds- owe 390, borrowed 300, paid 90
11/9/2009 Cash Jar- owe 1,016, borrowed 875, paid 1764.38
3/17/10 National Money Store- owe 370, borrowed 300, paid 220
3/29/10 Fast Cash (ABC Payday loans)- owe 520, borrowed 400, paid 120
3/10/10 Pay1Day- owe 520, borrowed 400, paid 240
1/8/10 Ace Cash Express- owe 455, borrowed 350, paid 565

Unfortunately TN is a loophole state for payday loans. Your state allows for Internet payday lenders as long as they are licensed somewhere in the U.S., you would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed in. I hate that but I must be honet with you. Anyway, the following lenders are NOT licensed ANYwhere, those are the ones you would only need to pay back the principal amount you borrowed, period, no more.

Other then that I am uncertain and will need to do some research, click the link below to search for your payday loan laws until I can get back with you, it may be later tonight as I have an appt I must get to, also, you can look around my blog "Take Control" (link in my signature) and get some more information.
