Payday loans

Right now I have four local storefront pdl's, I will mention that I live in Kansas. I also have an internet pdl with CashNet USA that I have been able to make in installment payments with the 3rd and final payment being on the 19th of this month. On one of the storefront loans here in my hometown, I've been able to come to a payment agreement with them with the payments to be every two weeks in the amount of 141.25 and the second payment comes due tomorrow, unfortunately I don't receive my paycheck until Friday the 16th. I don't want to default on the agreement but I'm not sure what to do about the payment due tomorrow, I have to pay in cash as well as writing them a check that will in turn be returned to me when loan is paid in full. Another of my local storefront pdls have already sent me a letter informing me of their taking me to small claims court, making no effort whatsoever of a payment agreement, I would also like to mention that over a month ago, I attempted to stop rolling over the payment on that particular loan, it was for 400.00 with the interest being 60.00 totaling 460.00 to pay it off, and for about 8 months I had been paying the interest only and came to the realization that I could not continue to do so any longer, when I informed the woman of my situation, she "bullied" me into continuing to pay the 60.00, telling me that she would have to post my name on a sigh outside the building as a bad check writer and that she hated to have to do that, and with all the stress that I had been under, I caved with fear, I don't know what to do, so far I have 4 parttime jobs and still there is not enough money to pay all that I've incurred. I don't even know how small claims court works, my total income is approx. 600.00 and I get paid from 2 of the jobs monthly, and the other 2 jobs every two weeks, there are no benefits with any of them and in fact, one job is a babysitting job which when she takes off for vacation, then I have no income whatsoever but of course the bills keep coming which is how I ended up in nightmare payday loan hell.....I'm scared and don't know which way to turn, any thoughts out there, I'd really appreciate it!

Let me understand first, you have been sued by a storefront lender in the small claims court.
Have you received a summons? Have you replied to that?
Unfortunately, the storefront lenders are legal and can demand all the interest and charges legally.
