PDL help needed!

1) Magnum Cash - Orig amt $450.00 w/out finance charges, I have paid $440.
2) SSM - Orig amt $200w/out finance charges, I have paid nothing yet.
3) Nationwide Cash - Orig amt $500.00 w/out finance charges, I have paid $150.00
4) Emerald- Orig amt $200 w/out finance charges, I have paid nothing yet.
I live in Mississippi. I do not know if these are legal or not here. Can anyone give me advice? I have closed my banking account yesterday. So what now?
