How legit is National Enteprise Systems. located in Solon, OH 44139
and I need to know if they are licenced in Califonia,they bother me for month daily and sometimes twice. they stop calling once they got my papers about the validation but they have sent me the information I requested(I have not read it) since I dont know anything about the information, they have sent me. Please!!!!!!!!!

Can you list the documents that you have received is response to
Can you list the documents that you have received is response to your validation letter? If they have the right papers then they can collect on the account legally.
BTW, California doesn't require the collection agencies to be licensed by the state.
