Cashnet USA operates as a CSO (actually, I think they call it a Credit Service Business) in Ohio. If you go to their website, and click on the "rates and terms" tab up top, you'll find a page with a neat little interactive map, describing what services they offer in each state, and what lending model they are working under.

Thanks for the info. So does that mean they are not bound by the short term lending act? Just wondering how much trouble this little CSO loophole is going to cost me in the long run.

Both CashNet USA and Payday One are CSOs and are not bound by the short term lending act. I haven't worked with PayDay One but CashNet USA will work with you on making payment arrangements if you cannot afford to pay your balance and have run out of extensions. You just need to call them and work something out.
