ANyone settled with Discover recently?

Has anyone had any luck settling with Discover recently? We have settled with Citibank for 50%, Bank of America for 35% and Discover is our LAST one (and smallest one actually)... we are currently 120 days behind, and they are still saying "We don't settle". We still have money from our taxes set aside to settle for basically 50% with them, and they just won't budge! Anyone have any luck?


Its 70% over 3 payments after 120 days or I've read maybe 60% in one lump sum is what I hear. Otherwise other stories I have seen are under 30% after chargeoff (like months after - up to a year). I settled at 70% over 3 payments right at over 120 days on their cardmemberassistance website. Human reps would not even come close to the word "settlement".

Thank you guys! After waiting and waiting, we FINALLY got a 70% offer on the website today. I called to follow up with them and ask if we could go any lower - we have 50% set aside, but 70% would be stretching it... but the reps on the phone said they couldn't/wouldn't talk settlement - it was website only. I'm happy at least that they finally gave us an online offer, they're our last cc to settle with and I want to be done!!
