What is the problem with Client Services Inc, MO

I am trying to reach a settlement with them, they offered and agreed to the settlement, but refused to send the paper, insisted that I pay by posted date check before they send, then they said they sent but I have not received anything for few weeks. I am anxious trying to pay them the amount, but want to have it in paper first..


Definitely wait for the agreement in writing. Have them fax or email the letter to you if necessary. They can do it, I promise. Does your settlement offer have an expiration date? As in, will it no longer be valid after a certain date? If so, I would definitely hop on this and see what the problem is. But I would advise you not to send them any money until you have the terms in writing. I've had some unfavorable dealings with some reps at Client Services, not all of them are up to par on the scale of integrity. Good luck!

I talked to them again and they said they sent out two letters of settlement weeks ago, but I still don't receive them. This is very strange as it rarely happened to any of my mail from any other sender....
