PIF from CPD!

She said that no refund would be honored at this time. I'm going to keep on writing to them and faxing and calling to get those refunds though. They owe me over $3000 collectively!!
As everyone else has said, I'm happy to have the PIF...but I want my refund.

cool,illegal out of the country pdl's rarely give refunds sorry to say.fax that request asap,and don't do it from your work fax.savor the flavor.others are still getting threatened by this bottomfeeder.high five my friend.:D:cool:

Just curious. Which PDL actually gave you a refund? I'm gong thru the same thing. I haven't yet requested a refund- but am sure thinking strongly about it. it is ridiculous for these thieves to keep everything we've paid over the principal.

It was NationalCashLenders that issued the refund via Western Union to me. They must be legal somewhere in the country and didn't want to get in trouble. I only got half of all of my past fees refunded, but nonetheless, it was something.
