Updating Public Record- Interested in applying for mortgage

I have several eviction proceedings on my public record all are from my current residence been here 7years. The records show eviction filing and status disposed. I would like to have these removed- is this possible? what about expungement of public record does this exist? What statue of limitations depending on the status? I would appreciate any guidance

Some states do provide for the expungement of eviction records. Whether or not you can depends on the laws of your state. The statute of limitations would also be a matter for your local jurisdiction
