Anyone know of RJM Acquisitions?

Never heard of them. So I google them. Find out they are a scumbag collection agency in New York State. They buy out of date or SOL accounts and try to collect. Even try to collect from people who have never had an account with OC. The report goes on and on. I recently received all 3 of my CRA's. No RJM anywhere. Go through all my records. No RJM. These people are outrageous!! My Question is what action do I take?

Yes and no, the first thing you do is go to your bank and tell them there is a fraudulent withdrawal on your account. They will begin an investigation, make sure you demand it. If you know nothing about it then its a fraudulent withdrawal that you didn't authorize. Your bank has to investigate and return your money.
