Idealgelt- legal in AZ?

Hi All-
I am moving through the processes of getting these loans paid off.
I have paid off:
CashNet USA
Speedy Cash
OneClickCash (they are still disputing that)
Need to pay off:
Cash Central
Cash Jar (they are just asking for the principle amount that I haven't paid yet!)
Idealgelt
Idealgelt is the only one I haven't made arrangements with yet. Can anyone tell me if they are legal in AZ? My loan was for $500 and my amount due is $650. That seems steep and if they are illegal, I would like to just pay back the principle.
