Back in November, I took out a $350 pd loan since then Ace cash services Has withdrawn over $1400 from my account I've tried contacting the number provided but they hung up on my now I'm am going to turn the company in to the bbb and my bank is helping me with a fraud case against them however how do i get my $ back will i have to take them to court?

Forget the BBB....they are only a letter writing servicel. You will need to contact your state attorney generals office. what state are you in? If they are illegal (depending on your state) or offshore, sueing them probably wont get you far.
