I have 3 payday loans that were sent to National Credit Adjusters for collections due to financial hardship and medical issues. I have asked for a Debt Verification by email as they keep telling me that haven't received the request by mail. However, they will not send me a DVL. What do I do now? I don't have the extra money to send by Certified Mail nor do I have the addresses for the actual pay day lenders.

okay, all three of your loans are illegal.a couple of questions.

how much was borrowed from each
how much total debited by each

you see being as they are illegal you only owe the principle borrowed.anything in so-called debits go towards the principle.btw national credit adjusters is a complete bottomfeeder.go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.there is a section for collectors too.answer my questions, and we can find out how much if anything you do owe.

I will have to pull my records for the amounts borrowed. I believe it was $400 for each. My bank accounts were closed due to overdrafts caused by them debiting my accounts. I am trying to get the records from them stating what has been debited. It has caused over $900 in overdrafts. Is there any type of documents I can send to rectify my bank account?
