However, some of your lenders may also operate as credit service organisations, since FL follows the CSO model for the pdls. It'd made them perfectly legal in the state even without a license. However, the CSOs are required to registered with the Office of Secretary of State. If any lender is absent form both the lists, then it probably is illegal in your state.
