allegra law has gone bankrupt, what about the fee I paid them and what about the creditors that accepted my debt management program, what do I do???

...I had a few settlements in progress with Allegro, then I found out they went bankrupt, and any money I gave them is lost, but I did find a great company that is willing to help me out, call Universal Debt Settlement at 877-825-0567 and see what they can do to help you, they're willing to work with me, and they seem legit. Good luck!

I suggest skipping the company method and simply settle the debts yourself. I did mine and it was way easier than I thought and I had control over the situation. Also because I didn't have to pay a fee to a company before the debts could be settled, I settled sooner so my credit was not as impacted as going with one of those companies.

I think some people may benefit from them but for the most part doing it yourself is better.
