my father just recieved some kind of wierd unorthodox notice of legal action against him from fulton,friedman&gullace representing midland funding,,whew...my father has been in a nursing home for over 2 years and is almost a vegtable,they filed this on the day he suffered an anherusm and refuse to divulge the nature of this action to myself or any other family member.get this,if i get his signature on a handwritten promise to appear and fax it to them they say they will talk to me...lololol....since my dad has no knowledge of any of this and hes never been served with anything,is there any need for anyone to show up to proceedings?
