Utah and Cash Direct Express
Date: Tue, 04/20/2010 - 04:28
I also have a online PDL with Cash Net Usa. I originally borrowed $500 from them and have paid $411.50 in extention payments to them.
I had to close my checking account due to some unrelated fraudulent activity. I cannot continue to pay my PDL's without taking out more and I want this vicious cycle to stop.
Thank you for any help you may offer.
(I already had posted my question somewhere else, but now I see the proper way to post this. Sorry for the duplicate posting)

Is this true?
Okay, I sent them the letter as listed in the unlicensed sticky.
Okay, I sent them the letter as listed in the unlicensed sticky. The above is the response I received. I responed by telling them yes, but the Utah law applies, and they are not licensed in Utah. I then immediately filed a complaint online with the FTC, Delaware BBB and the Utah Attorney General.
What should my next step be. I originally borrowed $400 and have paid $106 in extensions. Should I just start mailing them money orders return receipt requested until I pay back the original amount or should I wait and see what their next move it.

By the way, Cash Direct Express doesn't have a license to lend in Delaware either, unless I missed it somehow:

What should I do next. I informed Cash direct express of their illegal actions and that the only way I would repay my principal balance was if they provided me with their street address. They told me they were governed by Delaware law and that it didn't matter that they were illegal in Utah. They tried to take my last payment from my bank, but my bank is in the process of returning the payment to them.
What do I do next? Wait and let them contact me once that payment is returned? Do I send them an email letting them know that I have reported them to the BBB, the FTC and the Utah and soon to be Delaware AG?
