Hello i got a call from the bam group on my little brothers phone that i gave him 2 years ago. well i know i took a loan out for check-n-go and i totally forgot about it so now im gonna pay them off as soon as i get money. well these guys and a lady called saying that its my final notice and that theyre going to take me to court for fraud. i am scared because i know that in order to become a nurse, you cannot have any type of convictions like this. well i called last night and i left the guy a voicemail saying to stop harrassing my mom and brother that they have nothing to do with my loan and i gave them my phone number to contact me if they have any questions to call me and ever since i left them that voicemail, they have not called. does this mean theyre filing a fraud document against me???? i cant have any fraud things on my record....my career would be ruined even before it started!!!!

They can sue you for repayment but that is it. They can not get you arrested for fraud. They are just trying to scare you into paying. Set up payment arrangements or a settlement agreement with them and you'll be fine.

the BAM GROUP is a bottomfeeder that bought old pdl info,and resorts to illegal threats to get money.file a police report for the harrassment.then file AG,and FTC complaints against this bunch of thugs.use the number that comes up on caller id.the reason i say that is because they have no verifiable address.that's the first sign of a bottomfeeder.
