Being Harassed

I keep getting numerous calls from this company! I have no idea who they are or what they want and have never received anything via mail from them. They are calling my cell phone ALL day long more than 10 times sometimes as late as 10:30pm at night!!! I am sick of it. Can't something be done about this harassment!

Under the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act, a creditor is only allowed to call you from 8am to 9pm your local time and is not allowed to call you over and over. You can call the FTC Consumer Response Center at 1-877-FTC-HELP or make a complaint online at http://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov.
