Sorry: to continue. I have paid $150.00 since that time and finally my credit report shows I owe $715.00 out of the $5,000 I owed in 2006. I have never missed a payment. However, I stopped talking with Palisades, rude, etc. Now I am recieving letters from attorney saying records show I am being sued by Palisades. I have a record of the payments made to Providian and now to Chase. Any should I send a check for the balance on my credit report to Chase? any advise. Kindest Regards.

When the atty said that you have been sued by Palisade, have you tried looking up the county court site to confirm it? Have you received a summons?
