Texas CashnetUSA

I looked on the SOS site and found that CashnetUSA bond was revoked in Texas. I do know that a CSO has to be bonded to operate in Texas. Can someone steer me in the right direction in finding out of they are truly legitimate in Texas to lend and collect.

Yeah, that had me fooled for a while, too. One of their DBA's, however, is Cash America Net of Texas, LLC... and they ARE currently registered and bonded in Texas.
However, I can speak from personal experience that if you contact them BEFORE you have defaulted, you are very likely to get a payment plan where you can pay it out in 4 equal pays with no additional fees or interest... they will not offer this, they'll offer the 2 equal pays. You have to ASK for an extended payment arrangement.

Yes they are, and operating as a CSO, unfortunately.
