Is an ACH considered/handled the same as a check? I keep reading on here about ACH and not about checks. I wrote checks to store fronts and that is what they will be depositing(not in default yet, but will be).

The only way to stop a check from being deposited is to stop payment on it, you should make sure and understand your payday loan laws regarding stopping payment on checks BEFORE you decide to do so.
