I live in Colorado, and I received a summons and got a judgement against me. I no longer work but I do have a bank account, How long does it take for the creditor to garnish my bank accounts?:confused:

You may check out the garnishment order. If it allows multiple garnishment then the creditor can garnish the account more than one time, till the judgment amount is satisfied.
