I also have a problem with Suttell & Hammer

Suttell & Hammer P.S. served me with a papers that I was supposed to respond to in twenty days or they were going to take me to court for a debit with Capitol One. I responded to their their compaint but instead of filing for a summary Judgment they are trying to go after a default judgement. Suttell & Hammer even states in their petition for default judgment that they recieved my responce. Also I have an attorney that I pay to help with my collection debt that also responded to clear the matter up and Suttell & Hammer has refused to respond to their requests. I have to be in court on May 10th 2010. I do not have the money to pay the debit relief attorney to represent me in court. Can I file something against Suttell & Hammer?
