Phone calls

I am getting phone calls that say they are within my area on the caller ID from MRS. Actually it does not say MRS but I wanted to know who was calling me so I returned a call. My parents have also received these calls. The calls concern my daughter and I do know why they are calling her but I tell them that the business they have is between her and MRS but they keep calling me. What can I do to stop the calls since I have nothing to do with it

Send the company a cease and desist letter. Send it certified mail with a return receipt requested. If they call you after you get that little green card back, sue them! :)
