NCA - Complaint made to FTC
These people are unreal. Had PDL for $300 - paid back over $600. I closed my bank account and sent the PDL company - Sagamore - stating I had more than paid my debt. Then comes NCA and they are nasty. I had requested a debt validation letter, and sent them a cease and desist letter which did nothing - they continued to call me at work. So I made a complaint to the FTC. Hopefully something will be done with companies like this.
