Hi,

My name is Stephen and I'm working with a Law Firm that specializes in consolidation of these Payday Loans. First of all I would suggest you to close your checking account as soon as possible, so that these PDL places do not have an access to your hard earned money. The best way to deal with this is to consolidate all these accounts under 1 single monthly payment. That makes life much simpler. We are an organization who can help you do that. Till date we have helped clients to settle their Payday Loans, Credit cards, and other kinds of debts. If you are interested to learn more about what we have to offer, reply to this thread. I would be more than happy to help you.

I am sorry to let you know that we are not talking about Consolidation Loans. We deal in Debt Settlement Programs and we can help to consolidate the total debt amount into 1 single monthly payment and pay these debts off at the earliest and at ease. Also having more time and money to deal with other bills and household expenses. You can also avoid the harassing calls from these creditors.

Advance America, Cashnetusa, and Check Into Cash are all members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), see the link below, also your other store front members maybe members also, just because they aren't listed doesn't mean they aren't members, you should call them and ask:
http://www.cfsa.net/MemberList.aspx

This is good news for you because it means you are eligible for the EPP, and you can read about the EPP at the link below:

I am here to provide information to the original poster so they can take care of their debt on their own.

What can I do if they are already past due?
