PIF & Refund questions

Thought I would ask the group for anybody's success stories re: PIF & refunds from internet PDL'S.
I'm going to start harrassing the living daylights out of the illegal internet PDL's (I live in KY) for PIF responses & hopefully refunds.

I think everybody here could really benefit from personal stories of success. As you all know, we have all been thru PDL hell & some of those who are just starting out could use a word of encouragement that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel that is NOT a freight train.

So everybody please share the good news with PIF's & refunds, & be sure to include how you went about getting it & which company it involved. If you had better luck calling, faxing or USPS, let us know. These people have literally robbed all of us blind- NOW is the time to fight back!!!!


This forum has been a lifesaver for me & I know it has been for countless others. Let's throw out a lifeline for those who think there is no end in sight for them.


I personally got two refunds from PDLs! One for state lending violations and one for violating the Federal Electronic Funds Transfer law when they refused to stop debiting my account and would not offer an alternative method of payment! That was done through their state attorney general! They refunded me in return for me dropping the complaint and signing a confidentiality agreement! Everytime there is a post about them I can't reply as they read the posts and know my real identity!

I filed complaints with every organization I could think of, then I sent copies of my complaints to the pdl's. lol I repeatedly sent the same email to the pdl's who were refusing any resolution until they finally sent me a cease and desist contact with them, email.
