attacked my 2nd account

LPUSA COLLECTIONS deducted from my account $320.00. what is the shocker is, i havent used a payday loan in over a year and im sure they were paid off and this is a different bank that im using now. i filed a dispute with my bank and closed my account. how could this have happened and who is LPUSA collections.

That's a new one. I figure you'd know if you took out multiple pdl's. I guess your bank accounts will never be safe.

Here's a scenario. You had a PDL with company A, who kept withdrawing money from your account at Bank A causing you to close the account. You open a new account with bank B. After that account is opened, you take another PDL, but with a different company, company B. What you don't know is that company B shares information with company A, so company A now has access to your new account info at bank B and will being withdrawing money, without your consent, again.

The lesson to be learned is that once you get yourself out of the PDL mess and have a new account established, DO NOT EVER get another PDL or share your account information with ANYONE!
