LoanPoint USA, aka GRC Funding?
Is it possible you applied for another payday loan with your new account info? PDLs share info, so, if they've been trying to get some money from you and you gave another company your new account info, they could've gotten it that way.

This is very disturbing, especially if the second account was opened at a different bank. Unless a person would open a new PDL somewhere else, how would a PDL be able to access funds at a different bank?
Here's a scenario. You had a PDL with company A, who kept withd
Here's a scenario. You had a PDL with company A, who kept withdrawing money from your account at Bank A causing you to close the account. You open a new account with bank B. After that account is opened, you take another PDL, but with a different company, company B. What you don't know is that company B shares information with company A, so company A now has access to your new account info at bank B and will being withdrawing money, without your consent, again.
The lesson to be learned is that once you get yourself out of the PDL mess and have a new account established, DO NOT EVER get another PDL or share your account information with ANYONE!
