You usually want to work out a repayment schedule before the wage garnishment happens. Now that they are sure they can collect their money there is no incentive. They are getting their money on a regular basis.
On the other hand there really is no incentive for you to do it either - are you trying to get them to forgive part of the debt, change the payment schedule? What is it that you are trying to accomplish?
