I would respond back that stating your laws in your state and that they are completly illegal. This is a horrible company. Keep filing your complaints and sending them your letters to them stating you want a PIF. They will go in hiding when your bother them. Keep all your records cause they will come out of the wood works every once in a while to see if they can scare you. Stay strong. You can win
