There an easy company to deal with. Depending on the debt you MAY be able to work out payments with them every two weeks, either post dates or western union the money to them direct. I delt with them a little while back about a debt that I owed, and they were very plesent to work with, I only talked to one woman while working there, her name was Kim, very sweet, plesent and worked extremely well with me. The next time you get them on the phone, see if they can't transfer your call to her.

But bottom line, if you owe the debt just pay it! :D

Yeah you are responding to a post almost 3 years old. From the sound of your post, you must work there. They are not nice people and are very rude. They threatened me to put me in jail and said if I didn't pay them right that second the cops would be called. We even had a screaming match on the phone but only I was laughing at the guy. He told me to send him proof I paid the bill and I told him that's his job to call the OC.

Complete morons work for this company.

They are very rude and unprofessional. Don't believe what they say. They'll try to scare you to get them to pay them. Once I called to make a payment and a lady name Colleen I believe told me "that wasn't good enough", So I replied back by saying "would you rather I didn't pay" and they she had the nerve to tell me she "didn't like my additude." Please don't let them scare you. They say anything to scare you and they don't have the right. Also they work on commission. Case Close.

I haver abad ck there and i called to straighted it out but they wont take payments all or nothing 980 dollatrs i have never bounced one before and dont know what to do now if i am in jail i cant pay it and will lose my job, i want to pay it but she wont take payments i have had heath issues and that where the money went , its just a bad time for me any advice

I called again this afternoon , because i was advised to get a statement from them that i offered to make payments but they said they dont do that ( ilooked under the statues for minnesota ) i need it for court , they hung up on me now what can i do , they said it has to be in today can i call the people the ck was too??

Is this for an actual bounced check or is it for a payday loan?

it was a bounced check My own fault i had fraud activity so they stopped all my checks and i should have taken care of it right away these didnt go thru

I suggest you make arrangements to take care of this ASAP. If you can't afford to pay the entire amount, send them what you can to show that you are making an effort to pay it off. Keep records of all payments.

I mailed them a check (a good one) for 100 and anote they would get 200 a month till its paid they said they wont take payments but i am trying dont know what else to do never in a fix like this before

I think that's a good approach. If you don't have the full amount, what else can you do? Hopefully they will process your payment and you'll have this paid off in no time.
