Sometimes debt settlement will hasten a suit that was already in
Sometimes debt settlement will hasten a suit that was already in the works! In other words the creditor would prefer to recover all the money plus attorneys fees that were already accruing rather that settle! HSBC is known for ignoring settlement attempt and filing suit!
