Unknown agency

Have a collection agency call me today using the name of United Bureau. Wasn't sure if it was United Collection Bureau or somone else. I asked for their mailing address and they refused to give it to me. I ended up hanging up on them. Does anyone know or think if this is United Collection and if so, what their address is.

I wouldn't worry about it. The next time they call, confirm your mailing address and tell them they have 5 days to send a letter to you per federal law. Then start hanging up on THEM. Say, "I am waiting for the letter." and then hang up. If/when they send a letter, then you can send a validation letter.
