I managed to mess up my credit in 1 week. Two banks are going to close out my accounts. I'm a student and won't have money in a month and 1/2. I owe one 300.00+1500(overdraft loan), & the other 300.00. The first one will have a Payday loan go through about the same time the account closes. Is this like writing a check on a closed account? It's Cashnet.I read they will sue-how much time do I have? I've already extended it out so I can't do that again. The last thing I have is an overdue credit card(lousy credit One) for 550.00. 30 days late. I already opened another checking account before Chex Systems got in the way. Since I can't pay a thing right now I have to let it all go bad. I'm expecting collections to start bugging me in a couple weeks? Is there anything I can do to buy time with Credit One?I have #'s blocked for now for peace of mind for my roommates. I also need to buy some sort of time with CashNet. Should I try to consolidate through some Company prior or @ all? I can't even make arrangments for any type of payments right now. I live in Colo.

As your account is past due only by one month. So the account is still with Credit One. Untill the account get past due more than 90 days they can't send it to the collection agencies. what I will suggest, as your debt amount is a very law amount try to pay off this by making into installment. because once the account goes into collection then they will keep calling you and harassing you. So, why to take chances and by that time your amount will also increase as they they keep charging their interest and the last fees.

I'll try to sell something and send them what I can. I'm not worried about the banks for now except the payday loan trying to go through on a closed acct. I know they'll be after me, but is it illegal since the bank charges off my account? I plan on paying everyone when possible but things like car insurance must come first. Thanks for the reply. Man, one week of bad spending & it all went bad.

I haven't paid anything yet and I already worked it out to 3 payments @ 225.00/mo. Now I can't even come close to that. I've read on here somewhere that once you contact them they really start to hit your acct. I've also read that they're licenced to do business here in Co. so I seriously take them as legit. Like a fool I was going to roll a couple PDL's until June 15th but stopped that thinking. This is my first PDL.

So I contacted Credit One & I'll Fax them so they don't call & let it go from there. If I get lucky for reason & can send something later I will but @ least they put some notes on my current difficulties-might help. Contacted Cashnet & they're going to push the regular payments through as scheduled. One might go through just before my bank closes the acct. but they do know my current situation & was told to contact them in a couple mos. when I can start making payments. Looks like I'll be paying these things forever but I think I did enough to stop these from going to a collection agency for awhile. Have to wait I guess, thanks for the help though.
