I believe they are photocopies of my statements. ( what is difference ) I will say it is a credit card that I defaulted on. It took then awhile to get me the photocpoies once a requested validation......Any adice as to my next move ?
Does the statement reflect the amount the collectors are saying
Does the statement reflect the amount the collectors are saying you owe? If it doesn't then you would need further validating documents to prove up whatever this extra is....if it is interest and/or fees, then they need to cough up a signed contract and/or agreement giving them the right to do so.
