You must immediately revoke the voluntary wage assignment to stop garnishment.

Write to both your lender and your employer, informing them that you are enforcing your rights to revoke any voluntary wage assignment .

You must also check out the following database of licensed pdl lenders in your state to confirm the legal status of your lender.

unregistered is right,they submitted a wage assignment.you should be given the opportunity to revoke it.also give your HR person a copy of the pdl laws for california,and if you still have the info the amount deposited,and debited.you don't owe 806.00 you owe 120.00,and you should be able to pay it back on your terms.not theirs.flobridge is not licensed in california.therefore they lent you illegaly.you only owe the principle on this loan.
