i have a payday loan with dollar quick/dollar flash in south carolina it is an internet payday loan. I have asked for their license number that shows that they are registered in my state, but they will not provide that, what they do provide is the following:
Utah permits service of a legal process to be made to a designated agent, our designated agent is Kelly Reichert National Registered Agents, 3622 N Bay SLC, UT 84043.
They would still have to have her registered in SC and follow SC lending laws correct? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

this was there response i only borrowed 300$

do not have any "revocation' letter from you. Even if, a simple letter asking us not to debit, does not change the fact that you signed a contract with us authorizing us to debit the account, that was verified with you, before your received our funds. Also, I have been corresponding via email since 4/20/10 4:19 pm PST. I have only made phone calls to your home # on 4/20 at 8:39am PST to inform you of the first time your payment returned, and 5/3 2:03 pm PST to give you information, that we DO NOT accept "Mail-in" payments and to give you the address for "legal correspondence" As far as your work # I called once on 5/3 at 2:03pm PST to leave only my business # on your work voicemail. I have placed your phone numbers listed, as "do not call", as of today, as this is the first time I have received any notice of this kind. Your outstanding balance is $555.00 up to 5/14. I currently have your returns, NSF fee's and regular payment due scheduled, through your bank account on file, for your next pay day listed as 5/14.

if you have not filed an AG complaint against this bottomfeeder.do so immediately.file online, and attach that bullsh*t e-mail.they admit to breaking a federal law.the EFT act is just that.a federal law.also know that being as they are illegal you only owe the 300.00.any debits taken prior to default gets deducted from the 300.00.i would only respond that you disagree totally with everything stated, and are filing AG complaints to try and remedy the situation.

i wanted to ask, if they loaned in a state in which they are not registered or licensed that means that the contract that was signed goes null correct? The representative Carol Harris for this company states that i am in breach of a contract? But they have yet to provide me with any information regarding there licensing numbers that make them legal.

I applied with Dollar Flash about 2 weeks ago and they keep telling me that their system wont let them process my application.I have called about 15 times and every time I am told to call back in 2-3 hours. I am no longer in need of the loan but I am concerned that I am being scammed and that they have all my personal information. Has anyone ever had a good experience with them? I am in Wisconsin and I am beginning to think that they are not licensed here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated....
