I just received a letter from Regency Credit LLC in Arizona. Apparently my 2nd mortgage with Chase was handed over to them. Has anyone ever settled with them or had good luck dealing with them?

Just hang tight, someone would soon be along.

These people are crooked. I worked there, trust me. Chase stopped doing business with them due to their tactics.
