If you walk away from credit card debt, can a lein be placed on your home?

hi sarah it is not a good idea to walk away form you debts how ever answering your question if it is a secured credit card then it will be attached to a lien either your car house or anything of value how ever if it is an unsecured debt in that case all the creditor can do is sue you in order to get back the money or try collection efforts or garnish your wages but they will not be able to get a lien on you property if it is not attached to the card and there can be no new lien once you have already taken out the laon and finished sigining the papers
