My problem with my credit is very serious since I have like 5 accounts in my credit reports that are mine but they appear 11 that are not mine but they are from my oldest sister the issue is that her name and social security number appear on my credit reports and since they say that the difference between my social security number and my oldest sister only differ from the last two digits there is a miss match and i dont now how to solve it.

Send the credit reporting agencies a letter as suggested above. You will need to also include a copy of your social security card. You can dispute more then one however. List all the accounts that do not belong to you and explain about how the social listed is off by 2 numbers. They should be able to clear it up. If not, then stronger measures are needed.
