Tx Payday loan help

I have 4 outstanding payday loans. One with Cash Net USA, which I see from other posts is a legal CSO in Texas however I am not sure about the others and am having a hard time getting info on them. Ameriloan, which I think I have seen on here before is illigal in all 50 state, is this correct or not? Loan Point USA, I can not find anything on and Itegrity Advance, also can not find anything on. I have already opened a new acct. and will be closing my old acct on Monday. My only worry is that my bank has confirmed that an ACH debit can force my acct. back open for up to 30 days after it's closed! Yikes! Any suggestions on how I get around that? I have contacted someone at PDL assistance regarding a consolidation program, but depending on weather or not these other 3 are legal PDL lender in Texas or not, I may be better off handleing this on my own. Any help, info would be greatly apprciated.

Type out an official statement saying you are revoking each payday lenders (name each one and beside each name type- including any alias or dba's they use) right to debit your account, per the EFTA law. Take it into the bank, ask the branch manager to sign it, date it, and ask for a copy. They MUST honor it, it's the law.
