I sent ChecknGo a revocation letter and am still in the process of securing my bank account from a vice president that doesn't want to do it. Why can't I send them a money order?

I just received this in an email, how should i respond

I can set you up on a bi-monthly payment plan with a valid debit card, credit card, or pre-paid debit card. I am able to split the balance into three payments at this time with the first payment being on or before 5/21/2010. Please be advised that until an arrangement is secured with your card information collection activity will continue. This activity includes calls, emails, and the possible review for the account to be forwarded to a third party agency.

I've found Check N Go very easy to work with. They're giving you an extended payment plan, according to the above. You CAN pay by money order. They don't like it, and will try to get you to pay via an ACH debit to your checking/savings, or a prepaid debit card. This is all in an effort to ensure they'll receive payment. You need to be persistent in letting them know you will ONLY pay via money order.

Another option might be to offer to make cash payments at one of their storefront locations? If you do this, make sure to get a receipt!

Your bank needs to be informed of the law. Voluntary ACH transactions can be revoked at any time. It's your right to do so. It might be in your best interest to either close that account or have a new account number assigned.
