Has anyone had any credit cards settle for 10%? I have Bank of America and Capital One?

I have not seen any that low on this forum. I settled higher on B of A at like 40% and one of the Cap One cards at 50%. The other Cap One card won't settle at all and has been charged off.
But your situation may be different than mine so I would definately give it a try but it is quite a stretch.
