Hi to all,
yes I received a call from some PA Enforcement through my father and their number is 1800 403 7500. They also said the same case number that I had with my account with Profile Recovery Group, another horrible collection agency. I was wondering if these two companies were the same as a result from an old payday loan from payday-loan-yes and I'm trying to pay them back. Also, when I called this number, there was a mention of PA Enforcement and it lead to "please hold for the next enforcement officer?" That's kind of intimidating by itself don't you think? Please tell me, is this really a collection agency or what? Thanks

Ahhhhhhhhh, well, Paydayloanyes is not licensed to lend ANYwhere so the chances of PA Enforcement being a legit company is zero. What Paydayloanyes is notorious for doing is assigning one of their employees to call and claim to be some collection agency. They will call and try to use all kinds of scare tactics. Don't speak to them on the phone, hang up immediately or don't answer the call at all, the less you speak to them, the sooner they will stop calling. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with unlicensed lenders.

All collection agencies are required by federal law (FDCPA) to send the debtor a letter of collection via the mail within 5 days of their first initial contact with you, tell them that and hang up. Unless you receive a letter of collection through the mail I wouldn't even address them.

These people have been calling me for months now. Saying that they are filing a lawsuit against me. In addition I have another collection agency calling me also saying that they are calling for Payday loan Yes. I just let them all go to voice mail now and delete them.

They are definitely the scum of the earth.

I got a generic letter, where they just inserted some company name in the body. when i called some rude guy answered after the same greeting that you got. I too had a payday loan from two years ago, and it has bounced from collection agency to collection agency. The guy told me that I had an attitude problem and he wwas sending me in for fraud and bad check writing on tommorrow (Friday). I explained to him that a guy that spoke to me from some law group three weeks ago told me that he was doing the same thing and nothing has happened yet.

That is the greatest joke I've heard today. An illegal PDL lender filing a lawsuit against a consumer. Let them make some new stories. Don't pay heed to their stories. In the words of Shazzers, don't even address them.

PA enforcement is a collection agency. In their very first message on my answering machine-was told that they were enforcing civil action against me. I have called back twice now-and told them that I have a discharge of my debt from the US Bankruptcy court.
Apparently, they do not listen.
Also, has anyone else had collection agencies call months after the Bankruptcy court granted a discharge?
