Need sample letters to work out payment

I know I was on this forum several years ago and you guys posted a sample form letter for me to use to work out a payment plan and stop the payday lender from ACHing my account. Unfortunately now I find myself needing to work out a payment plan with 2 payday lenders
One is Check N Go (TX) online total owed is $1087 (have refinanced three times took out loan for $800)
The other one is Ace Cash Express online (TX) $1085 owed the loan taken out was around $825.

If you haven't defaulted on those loans yet, they are both members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America) which means you would be eligible for an EPP, click the link below to read about the EPP, you need to go into the store and request an EPP because they won't offer it.

Ok I have not heard from CheckNGo about the EPP. That was about 2 days ago. Should I call? I am planning on going to my bank tomorrow to give them the ach revocation letters I just emailed to CheckNGo and FBD loans.
FBD loans is an installment loan. Should I just close my bank account? I have not defaulted yet. But I want to pay them off by mailing in money orders. These are all in Texas but obtained online
