Should you pay the debt?

deleted link, say more than seven years old, you might just forget about it. After all, the statute of limitations and the credit reporting time limit have both expired. There are moral obligations to consider, too. Paying back what you owe is the right thing to do.

geez,not only is this factually incorrect as SOL varies state to state,and debt to debt.the fact that more than likely if a debt is passed SOL a JDB has the debt,and purchased it for pennies on the dollar.paying a JDB without any documentation is financial suicide as the SOL is restarted,and the debt might not marked as paid.
