I took out a payday loan with VIPCASh on line but have not been able to repay the loan. This loan was taken out in December of 2009. Well anyway VCS well they told me the name of their comany was VCF Associates had been calling my phone threatening me and saying that i needed to pay or they were going to send the sheriff to my house to pick me up on fraud charges. Well of course this scared me so I made arrangements to pay $50.00 biweekly, well I really can't afford to pay this amount but am afraid if I miss a payment or simply can't pay that the are going to call the sheriff or take me to court and I can't afford either. What are my options, what is the worst that can happen to me. Please help
First of all, what state are you in, how much have you borrowed
First of all, what state are you in, how much have you borrowed and how much have you paid back? Do you know if this is a legal lender in your state?
You cannot go to jail...debts are civil, not criminal.
